SENIOR SILVER & GOLD COMPETITIVE SQUADS

Senior Members
NCSC Senior squad training is aimed at competitive (pool and open water) swimmers aged 14-20yrs. NCSC reserves the option to recommend swimmers to alternative squad levels subject to ongoing assessment and individual goals.  

2025-26 SUMMER SEASON

The NCSC Summer Season runs from Monday 13 October 2025 to Thursday 2 April 2026.  Swimmers are expected to swim multiple sessions per week with a minimum of 5 being recommended by the coaches. 

Senior Sessions:
Silver and Gold:
Mon/Wed PM:  5.00pm dryland >>> 5.45 - 7.00pm pool
Tues PM: 4:30pm dryland >>> 4.45 - 6.30pm pool
Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat AM: 5.30am dryland >>> 6.00 - 7.30am pool

To register, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register with Swimming WA via Swim Central
Click here to register the MEMBER and a PARENT with Swimming WA via the 'Swim Central' database.  

Step 2: Register with NCSC via My Swim Results and contact the coaches

New NCSC members:
click here to create an account in My Swim Results and register for a squad assessment with Coach Treena. Email coach@nchswimming.com to set up an assessment time.

Returning NCSC members:
click here and contact the coaches to change squad (if required).  

Step 3: Once allocated to a squad, log back into My Swim Results and compete payment of your NCSC fees. Note: NCSC provides a multi-child discount during the summer season: 5% for 2nd child, 10% for 3rd child etc. Payment options are monthly or in full at the time of registering. Essential Equipment for Seniors

Senior swimmers require the following equipment for squad training sessions:

  • Drink bottle
  • Kickboard
  • Pull buoy
  • Short Fins (recommend DMC brand)
  • Front based snorkel (recommend Finis, MP Michael Phelps, Arena)
  • Finger paddles
  • Hand paddles (recommend Speedo, Arena - size to slightly larger than actual hand size)
  • Goggles (recommend 2 pairs – training and racing)
  • Swim Cap (New members are provided a NCSC cap

All swimmers must use a gear bag to hold their equipment which is CLEARLY labelled with the swimmer’s name and can be stored in the Club Equipment Facility.

12-17 years

YOUTH SQUADS

Youth Members
NCSC Youth squad training is aimed at swimmers aged 12-17yrs and is dependent on their capability/individual goals. Swimmers are placed into one of three groups: White (Social TeenFit), Blue (Cross-train/SwimFit) and Bronze (Competition). NCSC reserves the option to recommend swimmers to alternative squad levels subject to ongoing assessment and individual goals.

2025-26 SUMMER SEASON

The NCSC Summer Season runs from Monday 13 October 2025 to Thursday 2 April 2026. Swimmers are expected to swim multiple sessions per week; our coaches recommend a minimum of 1-3 sessions for Youth White, 2-4 sessions for Youth Blue and 4 sessions for Youth Bronze.

NCSC Members

Fees

NCSC is a Swimming WA (SWA) affiliated Club. Swimmers must register their membership with both SWA via Swim Central and NCSC via My Swim Results.

NCSC Members Enjoy:
