SENIOR GOLD COMPETITIVE SQUADS

Senior Members
NCSC Senior squad training is aimed at competitive (pool and open water) swimmers aged 15-20yrs. NCSC reserves the option to recommend swimmers to alternative squad levels subject to ongoing assessment and individual goals.  

2025 WINTER SEASON

The NCSC Winter Season runs from Monday 28 April 2025 to Friday 26 September 2025.  Choose as many sessions as you like.  

Senior Sessions:
Gold:
Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri PM:  4:30pm dryland >>> 5.00 - 6.30pm pool
Tues/Thurs AM: 5:30am dryland >>> 6:00 - 7.30am pool
Sat AM: 6.00 - 8.00am pool
To register, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register with Swimming WA via Swim Central
Click here to register the MEMBER and a PARENT with Swimming WA via the 'Swim Central' database.  

Step 2: Register with NCSC via My Swim Results and contact the coaches

New NCSC members:
click here to create an account in My Swim Results and register for a squad assessment with Coach Treena. Email coach@nchswimming.com to set up an assessment time.

Returning NCSC members:
click here and contact the coaches to change squad (if required).  

Step 3: Once allocated to a squad, log back into My Swim Results and compete payment of your NCSC fees. Note: NCSC provides a multi-child discount during the summer season: 5% for 2nd child, 10% for 3rd child etc. Payment options are monthly or in full at the time of registering. Terms and conditions apply.

Step 4: Welcome to NCSC and happy swimming!

Essential Equipment for Seniors

Senior swimmers require the following equipment for squad training sessions:

  • Kickboard
  • Fins (ensure they are not too tight, recommend one size up)
  • Goggles (recommend 2 pairs – training and racing)
  • Pull buoy
  • Front based snorkel
  • Finger Paddles
  • Hand Paddles
  • Swim Cap (New members are provided a NCSC cap)
  • Drink bottle

It is recommended all swimmers use a gear bag to hold their equipment. The bag must be CLEARLY labelled with the swimmer’s name and can be stored in the Club Equipment Facility.

12-17 years

YOUTH SQUAD

Youth Members
NCSC Youth squad training is aimed at swimmers aged 11-17yrs and is dependent on their capability/individual goals. Swimmers are placed into one of three groups: White (TeenFit Social), Blue (SwimFit Comp) and Silver (Competition). NCSC reserves the option to recommend swimmers to alternative squad levels subject to ongoing assessment and individual goals.

2025 WINTER SEASON

The NCSC Summer Season runs from Monday 28 April 2025 to Friday 26 September 2025. Youth White and Blue members can choose between a single session per week membership or multi-session per week.  Youth Silver are expected to swim multiple sessions.

Mon/Wed/Fri 5:00pm-6.30pm 
Tues/Fri 6.00am-7.30am

Silver

NCSC Members

Fees

NCSC is a Swimming WA (SWA) affiliated Club. Swimmers must register their membership with both SWA via Swim Central and NCSC via My Swim Results.

NCSC Members Enjoy:

  • Eligibility to join the Club’s Squad Training Programs.
  • Participation at regular NCSC Club meets.
  • Eligibility for the NCSC Club Championship Trophy.
  • Eligibility to represent NCSC at the annual Club Premierships Competition.
